Okay here's the deal. All NG/NGB/NGΣ/NGΣ+ characters are tagged Category:Ninja Gaiden I Characters. All NGII/NGΣ2/NGΣ2+ characters are tagged Category:Ninja Gaiden II Characters. All NG3/NG3:RE characters are tagged Category:Ninja Gaiden III Characters.
This is a problem, because:
- No version of the Modern Ninja Gaiden is called Ninja Gaiden I.
- Only One(1) of Three(3) versions of the Modern Ninja Gaiden 2 use Roman Numerals.
- No version of the Modern Ninja Gaiden 3 uses Roman Numerals.

- Okay, here's a thing, maybe NG/NGB/NGΣ/NGΣ+ characters can be tagged Category:Ninja Gaiden Characters, NGII/NGΣ2/NGΣ2+ can be tagged Category:Ninja Gaiden 2 Characters, and NG3/NG3:RE can be tagged Category:Ninja Gaiden 3 Characters?
