The Talismans of Rebirth are scrolls crafted deep within mountains under sacred shrines. They activate as soon as the user receives a mortal blow. It stops the user from descending the slope that divides the world of the living and the spirit world. The user is thrown back among the living with full health and full Ki. The scroll can only be used once though, as it disintegrates after a single use. They are quite rare in the game, and can be bought from Muramasa's shop for 30,000 Essence.

Talisman of Rebirth: A talisman said to resurrect those who carry it. The talisman's effects trigger automatically when its possessor is mortally wounded, although it reportedly disintegrates after a single use. Proponents of the talisman speak of miracles, and many trust in its power. Crafted deep within the sacred caves below a secretive Shinto shrine, the talisman prevents the bearer from descending the Yomotsu Hirasaka, the slope that divides the land if the living from the land of the dead. The bearer of the talisman is thrown back among the living with a good amount of health and Ki restored.
